Ginger Lemon Tea

A zesty and soothing tea with ginger, lemon, and honey.

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add sliced ginger and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add black tea bags. Cover and steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain the tea into mugs, add honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well and enjoy!
